There are some nice changes coming in the future release of web-app.
I have decided to wait for the release of the next version to release the full package of Heb-App.
In the meantime I will be working on the retranslation of the existing Hebrew Language files as there are some known issues within the Language file. Once the Language file is translated correctly, I will begin working on the necessary changes for the Hebrew Theme. I am planning converting the New theme which will be released with the next version of Web-App for Hebrew release as well as my own personal Hebrew theme for Heb-App.
The further development will result in a full release package of Heb-App. Once the full release package is released, I will begin working on further Right-to-Left Language files for use in the script.
Is that you? I am slowly learning Hebrew... I started off with the existing Hebrew Language files, but they are incorrect, so I am going to get everything re-translated.
If its you, you interested in helping out?

You should grab a copy of the most up-to-date Web-App and get back up to speed on where development is now.
There will be a new future version which is being tested now, but if you can get up to 0.9.9.2.2 the changes in the next version wont be that much incomparison to earlier versions... then you need to get a site up and running so you can test it live...
Once you are up-to-date on web-app, you can start the fun stuff... Mods, Hacks & Add-Ons... many of which will become standard in Heb-App Release Packages.

So let me know when you have time to check out 0.9.9.2.2 and we can talk about the options that will make this secure.
I`m working with PHP now on a web based game wich will never be on perl. . But the point is i`ll help you with this if you want ... and BTW did you read my f****g Mail
Perl will never be PHP and you`ll see that after you`ll fail with this. Perl is only for small porposes not for corporate . Want to see something good on perl ? Do a research on sf.net for WebMin and UserMin . that`s the only good thing on perl + mrtg . The rest sucks . Case Close !!!
