I recently unboxed my Mac which I havent used in years... literally.
an easy 4 years if not 5-6...
What did I find on my Mac when I booted her up? Well a load of old Web-App code!!!
Some concept code from mods that have never been finished or the authors never released them, as well as just some great ideas and images.
What will I do with this Old Goldmine?
Well as soon as I can, I plan on backing up the bulk of the data and sifting through the files to see what hidden treasures there are there...
I dont want to get into too much detail on the files/mods/add-ons I saw when I quickly browsed the folders... but hopefully we will see some of the code here quickly!!!
Not to mention, I will now have a Mac to do Testing on.
Currently its a Mac Classic system (that means it runs MacOS 9.2.2), I will also be setting up a Mac OSX Partition as well as a possible install of Mac OSX Server, seeing as I have an NFR Copy and why not play with it a bit?
Depending on how user friendly and secure it is, I might end up using the machine as a web server in the future.
