For the past few days my network will not allow me to go to www.web-app.org

If I use a proxy it works ok. but when I used this one proxy http://www.anonproxy.de/ I found the url is hosted by the same company as phteam. I wanted On the know this and let the rest of you know about my connection problems.
Others my be having the same problem as I, going to http://www.web-app.org

Maybe some of the networks webapp's server in on are down, but thats just a guess.

Well I cannot get to web-app.org either,

There is an issue with the server itself, and I am sure I know who is behind it...  you are not the only one not able to see the site.
